My father says that, back in the days before the Nuclear War*, we used to have lots of farms that grew food for cities. After the War, though, the Nuclear Winter* made it too cold for regular farms. We started growing food in hydroponic greenhouses warmed by nuclear power.
Now, we grow all our food in the city and we don't have to go out into the Wastelands* for stuff .
